Lead Antora Energy’s multi-state government affairs and energy policy strategy. Develop relationships with governors’ offices, legislators, regulators, local officials, and coalitions; shape policies involving energy storage, industrial decarbonization, large loads, clean fuels, permitting, siting, incentives, and taxation. Direct external lobbyists and consultants, support project development, coordinate with federal and grid-policy teams, and translate the company’s technology and economics for policymakers. The role is externally focused and requires substantial multi-state engagement.

Supports development of utility-scale energy projects, including site evaluation, permitting, interconnection, acquisitions, budgeting, scheduling, risk tracking, and deployment readiness. Coordinates internal teams, consultants, engineers, legal counsel, renewable developers, and project owners. Evaluates acquisition opportunities, manages development agreements, maintains project pipelines, and prepares leadership updates and decision materials.

Lead state and regional regulatory advocacy on transmission, interconnection, resource adequacy, ELCC, microgrid, and long-duration storage. Represent Antora in RTO, FERC, and PUC proceedings, develop policy proposals, build coalitions, and coordinate with commercial and policy teams to ensure accurate valuation of storage and 24/7 energy products.
