Lead cross-functional teams to move thermal energy storage projects from ideation to commercial contract execution. Manage project plans, timelines, risk tracking, land control, permitting, stakeholder and community engagement, and negotiation strategy to drive deals to final investment decision.

The Senior Director will lead Antora's global strategy for energy products, focusing on business development, market intelligence, and policy coordination to drive long duration energy storage deployment.

Lead Antora's applications engineering function: run technical discovery with customers, size and configure thermal battery systems, produce conceptual layouts and integration designs, create proposal-stage analyses and cost estimates, set performance guarantees, hand off to project engineering, and build tools and team to scale the function.
