Lead Anthropic's enterprise risk programs including EH&S, access and lifecycle management, third-party risk, and new-facility security. Set enterprise risk frameworks, policies, and standards; build and develop a global multi-disciplinary team; partner cross-functionally to embed risk governance into planning and operations.

Serve as the strategic Customer Success Manager for a top enterprise account, driving adoption of Anthropic products (API, Claude Code, Cowork). Build executive relationships, create account success plans, scale consumption, identify new use cases, lead change management and enablement, and surface customer insights to inform product and research priorities.

Lead design, deployment, and lifecycle management of residential and travel security technology for executives. Manage home networks, secure communications, vendor contracts, system health, decommissioning, and audit-ready documentation. Serve as first contact for executive tech/security issues and execute rapid deployments aligned with Protective Services standards.
