Serve as the strategic Customer Success Manager for a top enterprise account, driving adoption of Anthropic products (API, Claude Code, Cowork). Build executive relationships, create account success plans, scale consumption, identify new use cases, lead change management and enablement, and surface customer insights to inform product and research priorities.

Lead design, deployment, and lifecycle management of residential and travel security technology for executives. Manage home networks, secure communications, vendor contracts, system health, decommissioning, and audit-ready documentation. Serve as first contact for executive tech/security issues and execute rapid deployments aligned with Protective Services standards.

Own and operate Anthropic's endpoint platform: manage MDM as a production service, author configuration-as-code, build zero-touch provisioning and patching automation, run fleet software distribution and telemetry, partner on endpoint security and compliance, and serve as deep escalation for endpoint issues.

Lead end-to-end delivery of custom AI agent solutions for enterprise customers: scope SOWs, run technical discovery, manage engineering execution, stakeholder communications, ROI measurement, compliance navigation, and codify reusable delivery playbooks. Travel to customer sites (25–50%) and liaise with product and research teams to scale deployment patterns.

Manage and execute defined personal security program workstreams within Anthropic's GSIS function. Maintain policy/procedure library, support metrics and reporting, build documentation and training, handle lower-complexity stakeholder requests, contribute audit-ready materials, and own specific cross-functional project workstreams under senior direction.

Lead end-to-end insider risk investigations by triaging technical alerts, analyzing SIEM/DLP/UEBA logs, conducting sensitive interviews and OSINT, collaborating with Legal/HR/IT, leveraging LLMs to accelerate workflows, documenting findings, and improving detection and mitigation processes.

Lead and scale GovTech sales organization, develop go-to-market strategies, build relationships with federal partners, and achieve revenue targets.
