Handles order entry and order management, including EDI transactions, data entry, reconciliation reporting, database maintenance, and monitoring electronic documents. Reviews information for accuracy, resolves missing data and technical issues, coordinates inquiries, and supports distribution center and logistics teams. Requires attention to detail, effective communication, organizational skills, and flexibility for overtime or weekend work.

Coordinates global free-of-charge orders from entry through completion, managing order data, acknowledgements, delivery dates, tracking, stock inquiries, discrepancies, and customer service follow-up. Partners with Marketing, Sales, Distribution Center, and Education teams, maintains order databases, supports process improvements, and manages approximately 3,000 orders monthly. Requires strong organization, communication, attention to detail, and flexibility to work overtime or weekends.
