Ensures adherence to underwriting standards, regulations, and company guidelines while developing team capabilities and managing the assigned book of business. Requires travel, including overnight travel, for agency visits and industry or company meetings.

Leads a team handling commercial general liability claims across multiple jurisdictions. Responsibilities include workload assignment, technical coaching, claims investigation and evaluation, reserving, litigation management, negotiation, settlements, file audits, compliance monitoring, staff development, process improvement, and strategic initiatives. The role requires extensive insurance coverage knowledge, leadership experience, contractual analysis, negotiation skills, and at least ten years of commercial general liability claims experience.
