Lead origination and close of AMP ONE sortation system and SaaS deals by sourcing opportunities, building pipelines, structuring agreements, running due diligence, modeling project finances, and influencing public and private stakeholders. Drive partnerships, present product solutions, monitor market trends, and lead cross-functional teams to execute complex transactions across target regions.

Lead commercialization of recovered materials by developing end-market strategies, securing long-term offtake agreements, and originating strategic partnerships across organics and advanced recycling. Provide commercial analysis, pricing, contract support, and cross-functional coordination with R&D, Operations, Finance, and Marketing to validate market pathways and improve facility economics. Measure success by new strategic partnerships and commercial agreements that increase material value.

Lead AMP's multidisciplinary engineering organization to define and execute technology vision and roadmap. Responsible for scaling teams across hardware, software, AI, and infrastructure; driving product development, quality systems, and reliable deployments; partnering with execs and cross-functional teams on budgets, prioritization, and metrics; recruiting and mentoring leaders; and balancing short-term delivery with long-term investments to create business value.
