We recently introduced Bonusly, an employee recognition tool. Our team members recognize each other for excellent work through Bonusly, tying peer-to-peer recognitions to our core values. Team members accrue points in Bonusly that can be used for rewards. We leverage our engagement survey results at AMP. Gathering info from everyone on the team about what they want goes a long way so we can then execute on initiatives to continue to grow AMP in all the best ways. AMP has recently rolled out an HSA employer contribution on select plans and even have options that cover your entire monthly premiums! The company covers majority of the costs of your medical premiums regardless of what plan you go with.
