Supports the U.S. Small-Cap Value investment team by researching small- and micro-cap companies, building financial models and price targets, engaging management, tracking operating metrics, and delivering actionable stock-selection and portfolio-construction recommendations. The role requires independent, differentiated fundamental research, clear communication with portfolio managers and traders, and occasional external presentation of investment ideas.

Conduct compliance testing and monitoring for global asset management business functions. Research and interpret financial regulations, develop and implement policies, advise business partners, analyze practices and data, identify compliance gaps, maintain issue records, and support regulatory oversight across investment advisers, investment companies, transfer agents, and broker-dealers.

Lead North America marketing operations to streamline data, processes, governance and automation. Manage cross-functional teams, optimize marketing tools and platforms, deliver executive reporting, define roadmaps, oversee training and change management, and drive scalable content production and operational efficiencies in partnership with marketing, data, technology, product, and compliance stakeholders.
