Staff Attorney responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating real estate agreements, including tenant licenses, ground leases, easements, amendments, and access agreements. The role analyzes contractual rights, defaults, renewals, terminations, permitting, legislation, and title issues while coordinating with customers, property owners, title companies, and internal departments to resolve legal and transaction matters.

Assists the Tax team with tax provision preparation, tax compliance, acquisition due diligence, forecasting and projections, monthly and quarterly REIT testing, and federal and state tax notices. The role involves coordinating with Tax, Accounting, Legal, and Human Resources teams, completing recurring deliverables, researching tax matters, solving problems, and communicating findings effectively.

Accounting intern supporting the U.S. Tower Finance team with monthly financial close activities, account analyses, balance sheet reconciliations, journal entries, GAAP application, financial reporting, operating and financial data analysis, departmental financial support, and ad hoc requests. The role provides exposure to accounting operations in a fast-paced business environment.
