Leads the Massachusetts Region of the American Red Cross, overseeing mission delivery, fundraising, revenue, operations, communications, volunteers, staff, boards, and community partnerships. Serves as the organization’s public representative, builds relationships with donors, government, media, corporations, and civic leaders, and ensures compliance, financial accountability, workforce engagement, and high-quality regional services. The role manages regional executives and supports large-scale revenue goals of at least $15 million.
