Perform moderate-to-high complexity hematology and QC testing on donor specimens and blood products, manufacture pathogen-reduced platelets, interpret results, quarantine nonconforming products, meet production and regulatory goals, mentor junior staff, participate in QC projects, troubleshooting, and maintain accurate inventory and records in a CLIA-regulated environment.

Lead and manage a regional volunteer and paid team to implement disaster cycle services, build volunteer leadership, coordinate disaster response and recovery, engage community partners, and ensure program standards and deployment readiness.
