Serve as senior technical lead for FHIR-based digital quality measures (dQMs): set technical direction, author and review FHIR/CQL specifications in MADiE, mentor a small team, represent AIR to CMS and HL7 workgroups, manage annual updates, and vet technical partners and platforms for federal quality-measure contracts.
