Manage daily urgent care clinic operations, staff leadership, patient flow, scheduling, compliance, staffing, payroll, budgets, and P&L performance. The manager will supervise non-provider teams, monitor KPIs such as wait times and patient satisfaction, coordinate with regional leadership, support recruiting and onboarding, and assist on the clinic floor during peak periods.

Manage daily urgent care clinic operations, supervise and develop non-provider staff, optimize patient flow and key performance indicators, ensure HIPAA and OSHA compliance, oversee recruiting, scheduling, payroll, budgeting, and P&L tracking, and maintain strong patient experiences. The manager partners with providers and regional leadership, communicates performance improvements, supports peak-period clinical operations, and ensures efficient, compliant center performance.
