Identifies, qualifies, and advances business opportunities across assigned accounts and markets. Builds client and teaming-partner relationships, manages pipelines and CRM records, supports proposals, pricing, account planning, and pursuit strategy, and presents company capabilities. The role requires understanding procurement processes, competitive markets, contract terms, and applicable regulations while coordinating with technical, legal, contracts, and delivery teams. Regular travel exceeding 50% is required, including client-site and industry-event travel.

Leads small project teams delivering client engagements, supporting project planning, scheduling, execution, monitoring, quality assurance, analysis, reporting, and presentations. Maintains client relationships, identifies follow-on business opportunities, and supports project managers in meeting scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements. The remote role requires travel exceeding 50% to client sites and project locations.

Leads process hazard analyses, layer of protection analyses, and PSM/RMP compliance audits for complex client projects. Facilitates HAZOPs and other PHA methods, interprets process drawings, prepares technical deliverables, ensures quality, and provides engineering leadership. Manages project scope, schedules, budgets, staff assignments, and client relationships while mentoring engineers, supporting business development, and identifying process safety improvements.
