Support operation and compliance for large-scale solar and battery projects by applying NERC reliability standards, managing audits and registrations, coordinating with consultants and O&M teams, submitting EIA and FERC reports, advising on protective equipment and relay settings for new projects, and driving continuous compliance improvements across the company.

Provides legal counsel to North American energy services and renewable energy business units. Responsibilities include structuring, drafting, and negotiating energy, construction, financing, equipment, and professional services agreements; reviewing proposals; advising on regulatory, tax, environmental, import, and construction matters; resolving customer and contractor disputes; developing risk management strategies; and supporting corporate governance. Requires a J.D., at least ten years of experience, and Massachusetts bar admission.

Perform full-cycle project accounting and financial analysis for energy projects: manage billing/invoicing in D365, monitor percent complete, review budgets/committed costs, update forecasts, prepare cost adjustments, support month-end close, and assist with SEC filings and audits while collaborating with project managers and business unit finance teams.
