Leads a specialized team conducting global semiconductor supply chain risk analysis for U.S. government clients. Responsibilities include technology and process assessments, open-source research, vulnerability identification, RFI responses, analytical reporting, recommendations, process improvement, stakeholder engagement, and occasional on-site client support. The role requires substantial microelectronics industry experience, program management or risk analysis expertise, and an active Secret clearance.

Leads complex enterprise projects across technology, infrastructure, integrations, transformation, compliance, and security initiatives. Responsibilities include project governance, planning, execution, stakeholder and team management, risk mitigation, change adoption, resource allocation, budgeting, quality assurance, communications, and executive reporting. The role manages cross-functional teams, ensures compliance with PMI methodologies, drives continuous improvement, and supports occasional extended hours and travel.

Administers subcontracts from proposal solicitation through award, performance monitoring, payment approval, and closeout. Prepares RFP packages, bid tabulations, contract terms, and subcontract documents; coordinates with project teams, clients, and contractors; tracks deliverables and compliance; and negotiates contract variances. Requires adherence to FAR, DEAR, and project procedures, strong communication and attention to detail, and safe work practices in office and industrial environments.
