Lead pre-sales efforts for enterprise customers by partnering with sales teams, conducting product demonstrations, managing technical pilots, performing business value assessments, developing proposals, and serving as a trusted technical advisor. The role requires translating technical capabilities into business outcomes, supporting complex multi-stakeholder deals, collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Customer Success, and Engineering, and influencing the product roadmap through customer feedback.
