Provide day-to-day investor and community support across email, phone, webinars, and events; manage onboarding, engagement, and data in HubSpot; support Managing Partners and Community Managers on fundraising, events, and operations; track engagement metrics, support reporting, and participate in process improvement and strategic projects.

Designs and delivers employee experience and People programs across the employee lifecycle. Leads listening efforts, onboarding/offboarding, manager coaching, and organizational change. Partners with the CPO to build scalable, data-driven programs, improve People operations and tech, and provide trusted day-to-day HR support to employees and managers globally.

Lead talent development by partnering with managers to create Individual Development Plans, coach leaders, design and deliver manager and leadership programs, integrate AI-enabled learning, and measure learning effectiveness to improve employee capability and execution across the firm.
