Own inbound and warm investor conversations from qualification through close, converting prospective investors into first-time Alumni Ventures investors. Diagnose investor goals, recommend suitable venture investment offerings, address objections, document activity in HubSpot, and maintain lead follow-through. Partner with Marketing and Nurture teams to improve prospect education and contribute to coaching and call-quality standards. Use AI tools for research, preparation, and personalized follow-up.

Designs and delivers employee experience and People programs across the employee lifecycle. Leads listening efforts, onboarding/offboarding, manager coaching, and organizational change. Partners with the CPO to build scalable, data-driven programs, improve People operations and tech, and provide trusted day-to-day HR support to employees and managers globally.

Lead talent development by partnering with managers to create Individual Development Plans, coach leaders, design and deliver manager and leadership programs, integrate AI-enabled learning, and measure learning effectiveness to improve employee capability and execution across the firm.
