Manage onboarding of members into credit and verification programs, coordinate training and account setup, serve as primary contact for MeridianLink and LOLA, enforce service engagement rules and SLAs, analyze customer feedback, and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues and improve service delivery.

Lead national business development to sell mortgage and financial services solutions. Prospect and manage enterprise accounts, drive full sales cycle, build executive relationships, and coordinate internal teams to deliver customized solutions. Maintain pipeline and forecasts in Salesforce and represent the company at industry events.
