Lead a global strategic client sales team serving major financial services organizations across buy-side and sell-side markets. Own aggressive revenue targets, account strategy, forecasting, pipeline development, enterprise sales execution, and team performance across NAMER, EMEA, and APAC. Build senior client relationships, coordinate cross-functional resources, support trials, strengthen brand awareness, and relay market and product needs to internal teams. The role includes regular global travel.

Lead and scale a team of account managers for large financial services clients to drive renewals, reduce churn, grow revenue, increase product adoption, forecast retention and expansion, hire and develop talent, and partner with Sales, Product, and Marketing to align customer-facing initiatives.

Build AlphaSense’s enterprise customer education program from the ground up. Lead custom education and implementation engagements, advise clients on deployment and API-based adoption, define engagement scopes and success metrics, establish repeatable account-team processes, and demonstrate program ROI. Partner with Customer Success, Implementation, Lifecycle Marketing, and Revenue teams to increase platform usage, integration depth, and customer value. Occasional travel supports strategic accounts and key kickoffs.
