Manage B2B enterprise customer relationships across onboarding, activation, adoption, expansion, and renewal. Serve as a trusted advisor to brokerage and crypto-platform customers, drive satisfaction and retention, manage escalations, deliver QBRs, monitor account health and risks, and coordinate with Product, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Broker-Dealer teams. The role requires hands-on experience in brokerage, crypto exchange, or trading-platform operations, including onboarding, funding, trading workflows, APIs, and compliance challenges.

Supports due diligence and risk reviews for international fintech and financial institution partners. Responsibilities include KYC, KYB, AML, enhanced due diligence, documentation review, risk assessments, onboarding tracking, partner communication, issue escalation, and cross-functional coordination with Compliance, Legal, Operations, Product, and Project Management. The role also maintains diligence records and helps improve onboarding processes.

Own end-to-end IT operations for a globally distributed workforce, including cross-platform support, MDM administration, patch management, endpoint security, SaaS and identity access, onboarding and offboarding, automation, asset inventory, procurement, and cloud/IaC collaboration. The role requires strong macOS, Windows, and Linux expertise, participation in weekend on-call rotation, and experience improving secure, scalable IT systems in a remote environment.
