Lead hands-on administration and optimization of enterprise database platforms (SQL Server, MongoDB, MySQL/MariaDB, PostgreSQL). Manage installs, upgrades, HA/DR, performance tuning, security, automation, monitoring, and capacity planning. Drive incident resolution, cloud modernization efforts, and mentor teams on database best practices.
