Manages assigned insurance accounts by servicing clients, supporting renewals and new business, analyzing exposures, marketing coverage, negotiating rates, preparing proposals, binding policies, reviewing contracts, assisting with claims, resolving billing issues, and maintaining accurate agency records. Provides technical guidance to staff, supports client retention, and collaborates with producers. Requires an associate degree or equivalent experience, six or more years of related experience, a valid insurance license, continuing education, strong communication, customer service, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Manages an employee benefits book of business, client relationships, renewals, carrier negotiations, coverage recommendations, service teams, and new business opportunities. Serves as the primary client contact, leads renewal presentations and RFP responses, resolves benefit and claims issues, manages vendor relationships, supports cross-selling, and ensures accurate agency system data and fee reconciliation.

Manages health plan and provider client accounts, delivering strategic managed-care reinsurance consulting and relationship services. Develops reinsurance strategies, coordinates internal service teams, oversees renewals, reporting, claims support, premium and enrollment tracking, and policy implementation. Leads proposals, client meetings, business development, and renewal communications while ensuring client needs and policy requirements are addressed throughout the term.
