Design, build, and deliver web features across the product; collaborate with product management; review code and mentor engineers; improve technical stack and processes; maintain tools and infrastructure.

Manage a portfolio of post-sale SaaS customers through onboarding, implementation, training, adoption, and expansion. Serve as trusted advisor, drive product adoption and ROI, coordinate with Sales and Product, execute proactive outreach, and handle references and case studies to maximize retention and growth.

Build and scale Allego's customer education programs and systems. Create self-service resources, learning paths, certifications, videos, webinars, and workshops. Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and Enablement to increase adoption, engagement, and customer value while owning enablement tooling and program execution.
