Retention-focused Account Executive managing a book of long-term care and senior living clients. Serve as strategic liaison between clinical teams and facility partners, coordinate meetings, track needs, use CRM and Excel to optimize service, and maintain field presence in the local community to strengthen partnerships and improve patient outcomes.

Lead daily territory operations for mobile diagnostic services (X-ray, ultrasound, cardiac, nursing). Recruit, train, and supervise staff, monitor productivity, manage equipment and schedules, resolve client and operational issues, and step in clinically as needed to ensure service quality and patient care.
