Leads global pharmacovigilance quality oversight, including risk-based audits, REMS compliance, vendor management, inspection readiness, CAPA remediation, quality systems governance, and continuous improvement. Partners with Drug Safety, Regulatory Affairs, Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, IT, Legal, and external providers to ensure compliance with GVP, FDA regulations, ICH guidance, and organizational quality standards across clinical development and post-marketing activities.

Supports sales reporting and analytics by maintaining Tableau dashboards, monitoring data quality, troubleshooting reporting issues, and conducting ad hoc performance analysis. Prepares quarterly business review insights, tracks sales and payer performance, improves self-service reporting, and partners with data governance, IT, marketing, sales training, and field teams. Requires strong SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Excel, dashboard development, data troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills.

Build and operate secure, scalable AWS cloud platforms, developer workflows, automation, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, monitoring, and reliability capabilities. Enable AI, machine learning, analytics, and generative AI workloads through reusable deployment, governance, observability, and lifecycle patterns. Partner with engineering, security, infrastructure, data, and architecture teams to improve developer productivity, operational readiness, platform adoption, and compliance. Mentor engineers and contribute to incident response, disaster recovery, vulnerability remediation, and continuous improvement.
