Leads the Americas Business Intelligence Center, managing research leaders and delivering market, competitor, industry, company, and financial intelligence for business development and client delivery. Partners with senior stakeholders, oversees research quality and commercial support, drives responsible generative AI adoption, improves workflows and reporting, manages research vendors and subscriptions, and develops a high-performing team.

Lead client engagements addressing supply chain and operations challenges, with emphasis on sourcing, procurement, supplier negotiations, savings, transformation, planning, manufacturing, logistics, inventory, and network optimization. Develop strategies, identify improvements, support implementation, analyze data, and communicate recommendations to executives. The role requires strong analytical, client-service, presentation, collaboration, and organizational skills, extensive travel, flexibility outside standard business hours, and the ability to work in hybrid environments.
