Manage and improve partner experience for a healthtech SaaS product by streamlining operations, enhancing self-service, prioritizing client requests, negotiating with technical teams, maintaining and elevating client relationships, implementing high-level strategies, and recommending business process flow improvements to optimize application efficiency.

Lead modernization of the WealthCare Administration platform by designing, developing, and deploying cloud-native microservices. Own full development lifecycle, build scalable APIs, leverage RDBMS/NoSQL and event-driven systems (Kafka/EventHub/ServiceBus), containerize with Kubernetes, and collaborate across teams to drive architecture and product evolution.

Lead and coach Agile teams to deliver software, drive cross-team initiatives, remove blockers, partner with Product Owners, leverage AI tools and metrics to improve predictability and delivery performance.

Generate and qualify new B2B sales opportunities via outbound and inbound channels, research and engage decision-makers, align prospect pain points with Alegeus solutions, nurture relationships to grow pipeline, and collaborate with marketing, sales ops, and account executives while tracking activity in CRM tools.
