Design, build, and maintain scalable backend systems and data pipelines to generate point-of-care insights; collaborate with product and engineering stakeholders; mentor junior engineers; ensure solutions are secure, performant, maintainable, and support analytics and unified metrics collection.

Lead strategy and execution for risk stratification/risk adjustment go-to-market and partnerships with payers, practices, and vendors. Provide subject-matter expertise, direct junior team members, coordinate cross-functionally across product, analytics, technology, and care programs, and scale initiatives that improve diagnosis documentation and performance.

Lead end-to-end onboarding and EHR optimization for partner practices, managing implementations, data exchange integrations, training, change management, and adoption of value-based care workflows to support Aledade's population health and ACO initiatives.
