Own regional sales execution across the Atlantic region by translating growth priorities into seller plans, managing pipeline progression, coordinating events and contracting workflows, and analyzing performance dashboards. Serve as the liaison among Sales, Marketing, Legal, Operations, and physician practices. Lead roadshows, Centers of Excellence events, post-event conversion, deal readiness, cross-functional handoffs, and regional AI adoption. The role requires autonomous execution, stakeholder influence, process improvement, and up to 50% regional travel.

Supports the design, development, implementation, facilitation, and evaluation of scalable employee learning programs. Creates e-learning, videos, virtual and instructor-led training, job aids, intranet content, and AI-enabled learning solutions. Partners with leaders, subject matter experts, and stakeholders while applying adult learning principles and ADDIE. Also monitors learning technology trends, pilots generative AI practices, and provides learning design, delivery, and operations support.

Coordinates Growth department programs, projects, meetings, events, vendors, communications, and employee-experience initiatives. Provides executive support to SVPs through calendar management, travel coordination, expense processing, contracting, and meeting preparation. Tracks project plans, milestones, risks, budgets, and interdependencies while supporting onboarding, offboarding, recognition, and department-wide engagement. Requires strong organization, communication, project management, and administrative skills across remote teams and multiple time zones.
