Lead cross-cutting platform initiatives across device and partner-facing domains. Own architecture, design, and delivery of device APIs, event pipelines, lifecycle management, and transport/protocol infrastructure. Build reusable frameworks, mentor engineers, drive cross-team alignment, ensure production readiness and observability, and promote disciplined AI-assisted development practices.

Execute integrated marketing campaigns across email, social, events, and partner channels. Manage content calendar, email deployments and A/B tests, social media, partner collateral, events and webinars, and report on campaign performance to drive awareness and revenue.

The Software Engineer II will design and develop backend services and APIs for Alarm.com's device integrations, collaborating with teams throughout the development lifecycle and contributing to system reliability and performance.
