Designs and implements integrations and bespoke technical solutions for enterprise customers using Akeneo. Responsibilities include assessing client environments, architecting product catalogs and data flows, developing prototypes and full-stack code, configuring SaaS deployments, creating technical documentation, leading workshops and training, and guiding customers through go-live. The role partners with clients and internal R&D, influences the product roadmap, manages complex technical workstreams, and requires approximately 20–30% travel.

Identify and qualify inbound and outbound sales opportunities for a SaaS product. Conduct discovery calls, nurture prospects through email, phone, and social media, engage decision-makers, qualify marketing leads, and collaborate with sales and marketing on lead-generation strategies. The role also shares customer insights with internal teams and requires persistence, creativity, autonomy, strong communication, and a willingness to learn.

Provide functional and technical support for Akeneo’s SaaS product through Jira Service Desk. Investigate issues using Datadog logs and Postman API calls, coordinate bug qualification and patch releases, resolve customer requests end to end, improve documentation, support on-call duties, test product updates, and communicate customer feedback across global product teams.
