Investigate issues using Datadog logs and Postman API calls, coordinate bug qualification and patch releases, resolve customer requests end to end, improve documentation, support on-call duties, test product updates, and communicate customer feedback across global product teams.

Sell Akeneo's Product Data Platform to mid-market brands, retailers, manufacturers and distributors. Manage and grow a pipeline, lead complex sales cycles, collaborate with internal teams and partners, present to C-levels, and use CRM tools to track deals and forecasts to close high-value SaaS contracts.
