The Technical Account Manager II will oversee customer engagements, providing guidance on product use, resolving technical issues, and ensuring satisfaction. Responsibilities include deployment support, performance monitoring, and customer training while building strong relationships to drive success.

Provide strategic legal counsel on global network and infrastructure commercial transactions. Draft, review, and negotiate data center leases, colocation, bandwidth/connectivity, peering, hardware/software and cloud procurement agreements. Identify transaction risks, develop contract templates and playbooks, manage supplier relationships, support dispute resolution, and advise senior stakeholders on contracting strategy and risk management for Akamai's global platform.

Lead design, implementation, and automation of Akamai's global network. Build and maintain IP/BGP routing, data center CLOS fabrics, and overlay technologies (VxLAN/EVPN). Create/manage configuration templates with Python, Ansible, and Jinja2. Troubleshoot complex multi-vendor environments and collaborate cross-functionally on data models and requirements.
