Supports commercial tenant improvement construction projects by coordinating architects, engineers, subcontractors, manpower, materials, submittals, RFIs, schedules, cost control, document changes, quality reviews, punch lists, and project closeout. The role also assists senior leadership, conducts project audits, trains new hires on technology, and maintains project documentation and communication.

Account Executive responsible for developing enterprise client relationships, maintaining account plans, supporting construction project delivery, managing risks and margins, attending milestone events, and fostering strong team culture. The role requires approximately 10 years of A/E/C experience, construction process knowledge, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to oversee complex projects and client accounts. Travel averages two trips per month throughout the United States.

Manage commercial tenant improvement projects from planning through closeout, ensuring quality, client satisfaction, profitability, scheduling, documentation, and financial accuracy. Responsibilities include supervising project staff, subcontractors, and vendors; reviewing bids, estimates, invoices, and change orders; coordinating purchasing and early planning; preparing project reports and closeout documentation; and maintaining stakeholder relationships across multiple accounts.
