Own and improve CI/CD, build, test, deployment, and release systems for cloud services and native software across Windows, macOS, and Linux. Implement branch controls, quality gates, observability, alerting, software supply-chain security, artifact integrity, secrets protection, and release promotion controls. Troubleshoot delivery failures, modernize workflows, support incident response, and mentor engineers in reliable build and release practices.

Own MongoDB strategy, architecture, operations, observability, resilience, recovery, automation, and lifecycle management across multi-tenant cloud and customer-deployed environments. Lead performance improvements, incident response, root-cause analysis, production changes, and database governance. Partner with Cloud, DevOps, Security, Support, product, and engineering teams to establish standards, improve reliability and scalability, and guide database-related architecture decisions.

Build outbound pipeline through calls, email, LinkedIn, and events. Partner with Sales Development leadership to design messaging, sequences, and qualification frameworks. Act as a player-coach, maintain CRM hygiene, collaborate with Marketing, provide market feedback, and engage enterprise and mid-market buyers for cybersecurity allowlisting solutions.
