Advises on strategic transactions, facultative reinsurance, internal arrangements, multinational programs, captive reinsurance, collateral documentation, and reinsurance collections. Drafts and negotiates agreements, collaborates with global legal and business teams, and manages high-visibility projects involving senior stakeholders.

The Actuarial Analyst will develop and maintain raters for commercial lines, collaborate with various teams, and ensure quality in pricing tools.

Lead a team of analysts to manage and review North America Specialty reserving. Ensure consistent reserving approaches, consolidate and present reserve results, support audits/SOX, improve reserving processes, and advise senior management.
