Designs, develops, tests, deploys, and supports reliable software solutions and significant components from inception through production. Builds APIs and integrations, applies Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD practices, improves automation and observability, performs testing and troubleshooting, and resolves production issues. Collaborates with product, architecture, engineering, and business teams, coordinates upgrades and vendor integrations, manages technical debt, communicates risks and value, and provides guidance to junior engineers.

Supports corporate governance, executive leadership forums, and internal and industry event planning. Coordinates event logistics, onsite execution, executive materials, corporate calendars, governance records, and special strategy projects. Collaborates across departments and supports senior leaders by ensuring meetings, forums, and events are organized, accurate, and professionally executed.

Supports vendor management by serving as a vendor contact, resolving issues, monitoring performance and compliance, assisting with negotiations and audits, analyzing vendor data, tracking KPIs, and improving processes. Collaborates with Category, Supply Chain, Legal, Finance, suppliers, and other stakeholders to align vendor strategies and enhance efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and service quality.
