Design, build, and maintain operational dashboards and SQL-based data models. Translate stakeholder questions into queries, validate data quality, migrate reporting to Databricks/dbt, document analytics, and support metric governance to deliver trusted operational insights.

Leads legal operations, corporate governance, entity management, securities compliance, transaction support, contract workflows, legal technology, and compliance initiatives. Oversees legal operations teams, Board and committee materials, corporate records, filings, document systems, and process improvements. Partners with executive leadership, Finance, HR, and external counsel to build scalable legal department processes.

Leads the build-out of commercial operations infrastructure, including quote-to-cash processes, CRM systems, reporting, forecasting, and operating rhythms. Partners cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Legal, Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Product to improve execution and customer deployment outcomes. Builds and develops the commercial operations team while establishing scalable processes, governance, data integrity, and alignment with SIOP and operational planning.
