Run full-cycle technical and cleared recruiting across sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiation, and closing. Manage 12–18 requisitions, build trusted hiring-manager relationships, provide market and pipeline guidance, maintain EEO/OFCCP and clearance documentation compliance, and lead one process-improvement project. The role requires clearance-process fluency, including Top Secret/SCI and polygraph searches, effective use of AI tools, and deliberate efforts to diversify candidate pipelines. This hybrid position supports defense recruiting in Fort Huachuca, Arizona.

Leads the federal subcontracting function across DoD and civilian programs, overseeing the full subcontract lifecycle, compliance with FAR, DFARS, and CPSR requirements, small business subcontracting plans, ISR/SSR reporting, negotiations, audit readiness, and risk management. Partners with Contracts, Finance, Program Management, Legal, Business Development, and Capture teams while managing and developing a subcontracting team and improving processes, controls, and operational efficiency.

Prepares and administers government and commercial contracts, ensuring compliance with FAR, DFARS, and company policies. Advises program teams on contractual obligations, supports risk assessment, reviews and edits agreements, and helps resolve contractual issues. The role also involves negotiating terms, managing competing priorities, meeting deadlines, and maintaining relationships with internal teams and external prime contract representatives.
