Lead on-site execution of multiple high-value projects, overseeing load-in, installation, commissioning, and demobilization. Ensure safety/HSE compliance, manage budgets and schedules, coordinate clients/contractors/vendors/engineering, mentor Major Projects team, and travel across North America (40–60%).

Manage full lifecycle delivery of temporary power and temperature control solutions for large-scale events across the US & Canada. Lead the Project Management team, oversee 4–6 concurrent projects, ensure safety, documentation, P&L, schedule, risk mitigation, resource forecasting, QA/QC, and support bids and sales. Travel ~70–80%.
