Owns the executive relationship and commercial growth strategy for a critical strategic account. Responsibilities include revenue retention and expansion, cross-selling, complex contract renewals, multi-year account planning, executive business reviews, and integrated solution design across roadside assistance and accident management services. The role requires senior-level engagement with C-suite stakeholders, cross-functional leadership, high-stakes negotiation, and frequent travel for client engagement.

Leads product initiatives from concept through launch and lifecycle management. Responsibilities include market and customer research, requirements development, roadmap planning, feature prioritization, business case and pricing development, pilot programs, product demonstrations, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering, sales, marketing, support, and internal stakeholders. The role also identifies partnership opportunities, defines success metrics, and delivers products within scope, timeline, and budget.

Owns executive relationships and revenue growth for 2–4 high-value enterprise accounts. Develops multi-year account plans, expands product adoption, identifies cross-sell and upsell opportunities, leads renewals and contract negotiations, and coordinates Product, Marketing, Client Success, and Solutions teams. The role also conducts strategic business reviews, represents the company with senior stakeholders, and drives profitable long-term partnerships across Roadside Assistance and Accident Management offerings.

Designs, builds, and maintains scalable ETL/ELT pipelines and finance data models using Snowflake, AWS, dbt Core, Python, and SQL. Develops Medallion architecture data marts, integrates ERP systems, and partners with stakeholders on financial workflows. Implements data governance, RBAC, automated quality testing, observability, documentation, CI/CD, and secure deployments. Monitors Snowflake costs and optimizes queries while supporting Oracle EBS integrations and the migration to Workday.

Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and pipelines to optimize operations. Lead full ML project lifecycle, ensure model evaluation/monitoring, collaborate cross-functionally, mentor junior engineers, and drive continuous improvement in ML applications and processes.
