Leads the company’s SOX 404 compliance program and internal audit function, including risk assessment, control documentation and testing, deficiency remediation, audit planning, and executive reporting. Manages audit staff, external providers, budgets, and cross-functional partnerships with Finance, Legal, IT, HR, and business leaders. Integrates data analytics and AI-assisted tools to improve audit effectiveness while supporting regulatory compliance and financial risk management.

Leads investor relations, earnings communications, capital markets strategy, treasury operations, banking relationships, debt management, and investor engagement. Advises executives and the board on market trends, financing alternatives, capital structure, and shareholder sentiment. Oversees SEC disclosure coordination, investor materials, roadshows, rating agency relationships, and support for M&A and equity or debt offerings. The role also manages the investor relations website and provides strategic leadership to the department.

Own and expand the enterprise ServiceNow platform, designing, developing, testing, deploying, and improving ITSM, asset management, CMDB, ITOM, integrations, automation, reporting, security, and governance solutions. Translate business requirements into scalable workflows and platform capabilities, support acquisitions and legacy workflow migrations, maintain documentation, and promote adoption. The role requires collaboration with technical and business stakeholders, platform health management, compliance support, and occasional travel for implementation workshops, go-lives, and team events.
