Lead and manage complex aerospace and defense programs from scope definition through delivery. Develop and execute program plans, manage timelines, budgets and resources, mitigate risks, coordinate stakeholders, drive continuous improvement, and develop proposals for new or follow-on business.

Perform operational testing, calibration, troubleshooting, and measurement of RF and microwave production components and assemblies. Set up and maintain test equipment, follow drawings and procedures, determine compliance to specifications, support production schedules, and mentor entry-level technicians while maintaining required certifications.

Perform setup, calibration, testing, and troubleshooting of RF/microwave and DC hardware. Execute production test procedures, verify compliance to specifications, maintain certifications, assist selection of test equipment, guide junior technicians, and participate in CAES 6S initiatives.
