Performs production testing, calibration, troubleshooting, and RF tuning for medium- to high-complexity aerospace and defense hardware. Uses schematics, drawings, test specifications, specialized instruments, and RF measurement techniques across 1–28 GHz. Troubleshoots components and circuits, supports test equipment and fixture setup, assists engineering teams, and may guide entry-level technicians. Work is conducted onsite on day shift in Woburn, Massachusetts.

Designs and executes advanced automated and RF testing for aerospace microelectronics and semiconductor products. Responsibilities include developing ATE software, defining test requirements, creating test plans, characterizing MMIC devices, calibrating and operating RF test systems, diagnosing circuits, analyzing test data, preparing technical reports, and managing laboratory operations. The role requires collaboration across teams, onsite work in Woburn, Massachusetts, and the ability to obtain a security clearance.

Leads cross-functional aerospace engineering projects for FAA-certified avionics systems. Responsibilities include defining scope and schedules, managing budgets, risks, technical issues, baseline changes, EVM, certification coordination, customer engagement, proposals, and status reporting. The role requires collaboration across engineering, manufacturing, certification, program management, and business teams while ensuring delivery on schedule and within budget.
