Lead Lean transformation and continuous improvement initiatives across multi-site microelectronics manufacturing. Drive waste reduction, process optimization, and cross-functional projects to deliver measurable efficiency, cost, and quality improvements while embedding a sustainable CI culture.

Lead supplier quality activities for aerospace/defense components: drive supplier performance improvements, develop supplier quality strategies, conduct audits, perform root cause analysis, implement corrective actions, monitor quality metrics, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure regulatory and Honeywell quality standards.

Perform operational testing, calibration, troubleshooting, and measurement of RF and microwave production components and assemblies. Set up and maintain test equipment, follow drawings and procedures, determine compliance to specifications, support production schedules, and mentor entry-level technicians while maintaining required certifications.

Lead development, qualification, and continuous improvement of electronics assembly processes (SMT, soldering, bonding, conformal coating). Lead and manage complex aerospace and defense programs from scope definition through delivery. Develop and execute program plans, manage timelines, budgets and resources, mitigate risks, coordinate stakeholders, drive continuous improvement, and develop proposals for new or follow-on business.

Support program launch and execution by developing program plans, tracking budget/financials and milestones, preparing metrics and reports, analyzing cost/schedule and EVM, and supporting program teams and process improvements.

Manage program scheduling, cost control, risk assessment, and reporting for large, multi-site aerospace programs. Build teams, develop baselines, apply EVM, produce cost reports, manage EACs, ensure cost-schedule integration, recommend process/tool improvements, and mentor junior specialists.

Manage and optimize master production schedules to balance supply and demand, resolve capacity and material constraints, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery and production efficiency within aerospace manufacturing.

Design, develop, and validate RF and wireless subsystems for aerospace applications. Generate requirements, block diagrams, simulations, and perform RF measurements; lead integration, testing, risk assessments, and present results to customers and leadership. Support occasional domestic travel for government/industry activities.

Lead enterprise-wide deployment of Honeywells Aerospace Operating System (AOS), coaching leaders, running Kaizen events, and driving Lean-based continuous improvement across supply chain, R&D, and manufacturing. Manage strategic change projects, implement digitalization and analytics initiatives, monitor performance metrics, and ensure regulatory compliance while enabling cultural transformation and scalable operational excellence.

Lead supplier quality improvement and SCAR program ownership. Drive data-driven assessments, RCA/RCCA investigations, predictive analytics and dashboards, and cross-functional supplier development to reduce defects, customer escapes, and delivery disruptions.

Lead business development for advanced electromagnetic defense technologies (up to TRL6). Conduct market research, shape customer requirements, build strategic partnerships, pursue external funding, manage pursuit process from concept to contract award, develop proposals and presentations, and maintain a prioritized multi-year pipeline while collaborating with internal technical teams and stakeholders.

Lead technical sales support for Honeywell Aerospace Defense & Space, developing strategic sales plans, coordinating proposals, delivering technical briefings and training, and building customer relationships to drive revenue growth for the Control Systems product portfolio (wheels, brakes, thermal and mechanical systems).
