Lead quantitative and qualitative analyses for infrastructure and public-sector clients: develop DCF and pro forma financial models, conduct economic and fiscal impact analysis, use geospatial and visualization tools, synthesize findings into executive-ready decks, supervise junior analysts, and support business development and technical writing.

Lead production of architectural drawings and specs across SD, DD, CD, and CA. Solve design and technical issues, coordinate multi-discipline teams, mentor junior staff, support proposals and business development, ensure projects meet quality, schedule, and budget, and report to project leadership. Must hold or be eligible for New England architectural licensure.

Lead multidisciplinary rail systems design and specification development (signals, SCADA, communications, traction power, train control, RAMS). Oversee technical deliverables, ensure compliance with codes/standards, mentor staff, interface with clients, manage scope/schedule/budget, and support procurement and construction phases.
