The role requires expert Cority capability, database design, process automation, dashboarding, GIS, and substantial digital EHS experience. Develops, maintains, reviews, and analyzes cost- and resource-loaded design and construction schedules using Primavera P6 and CPM. Evaluates contractor schedules, progress, delays, claims, risks, and schedule impacts; prepares reports, recovery plans, and what-if scenarios; conducts site visits; and communicates schedule status to clients, contractors, project leadership, and stakeholders. Supports planning, forecasting, and project delivery across major vertical construction and infrastructure projects.

Leads the full lifecycle of ports and marine construction projects, overseeing scope, budgets, schedules, procurement, contracts, quality, risks, change orders, vendors, subcontractors, and client relationships. The role manages project performance, financial responsibility, compliance with design specifications, and reporting to senior management and clients. It requires extensive experience in project management, planning, design, construction management, and preferably NAVFAC planning and design.

Lead a team for large diameter pipeline projects, ensuring design, analysis, and compliance. Interact with clients and mentor junior staff.
