Provides executive leadership for enterprise data and analytics strategy across clinical, operational, financial, quality, and population health domains. Leads data governance, stewardship, quality, AI and machine learning initiatives, analytics platforms, reporting, and data architecture partnerships. Builds and manages multidisciplinary analytics teams, promotes data literacy, ensures regulatory compliance, and delivers trusted insights for strategic and operational decisions.

Coordinates internship opportunities from inquiry through placement and onboarding. Serves students, educational partners, supervisors, and internal teams; screens candidates, matches them to placements, manages documentation and IT access requests, tracks program activity, and maintains college and university partnerships. Supports career fairs, recruiting outreach, internship administration, and improvements to student talent pipelines.

Assists the Program Manager with supervising group home staff and coordinating caregiver services for adults with developmental disabilities. Responsibilities include supporting person-centered goals, arranging appointments, creating community opportunities, monitoring staffing coverage, completing documentation, auditing financial records, overseeing medication administration, and leading staff meetings. The role requires transportation of clients and strong communication, judgment, and organizational skills.
