Teams at Advarra

Serve as subject matter expert for Advarra clinical research applications; map customer workflows to application configurations, gather and document requirements, guide integrations (EDC/EMR/CTMS), support SOWs and RFP responses, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure successful, on-time implementations and customer adoption.

Sell Advarra products and services to assigned accounts from prospecting through contract signature. Build and maintain pipeline in CRM, deliver virtual demos, close deals, collaborate with legal/contracts and internal sales/marketing teams, forecast sales, and provide exceptional customer service to meet revenue and booking targets.

Perform quality control on complex IRB and staff documentation to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance; review submissions, provide feedback, mentor peers, support process improvements, metrics, root cause analysis, and timely task completion.
