The Strategic Services Director will sell DMC services, manage client relationships, develop sales strategies, and ensure client satisfaction, while traveling for 40-60% of the time.

Serve as the IRB client point of contact to onboard, train, and support clients; answer inquiries; document and track client experience data; run CIRBI demos; manage projects; escalate issues; and drive process improvements to enhance satisfaction and retention.

Lead customer-facing product implementations and internal initiatives, manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholders, drive data migration and workflow configuration, facilitate cross-functional collaboration, deliver training and documentation, and implement process improvements to ensure successful project completion.
